Shipping policy
All items from Viva La Bombshell are handmade to order. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, processing times vary and delays may occur, especially during periods of high order volume or for highly customized pieces.
Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time required to create your item prior to shipment. This does not include transit time once the order has shipped.
Estimated processing times are provided on product listings and order confirmations and are estimates only, not guarantees. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that handmade production timelines may vary.
Shipping Time & Carriers
Once an order has been completed and shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the carrier’s operations. Shipping time is separate from processing time.
Viva La Bombshell is not responsible for carrier delays, including but not limited to delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier backlogs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
Tracking information will be provided once the order ships. Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
Viva La Bombshell Burlesque is not responsible for:
- Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Shipping Delays
Because all items are handmade, occasional delays may occur. These delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.
If a significant delay occurs, Viva La Bombshell will make reasonable efforts to communicate updated timelines.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import restrictions imposed by their country. Viva La Bombshell is not responsible for customs delays or seized packages.
