Refund policy

All orders placed through Viva La Bombshell Burlesque or any affiliated sales channels, including social media platforms, are custom-made to order and produced according to customer-selected specifications. In accordance with California Civil Code §1723, custom-made and personalized goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for changes of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color choice, or style selection by the customer.

Each item (including but not limited to pasties, bras, and accessories) is handcrafted and may require several hours to several days to complete, particularly when customization is requested.

In limited circumstances, and only with prior written approval, Viva La Bombshell Burlesque may offer a partial store credit or exchange for eligible items if a request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Approved returns are subject to:

  • All shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer (non-refundable)

  • Any applicable restocking or reconditioning fees

Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse.

If an item arrives with a confirmed defect in workmanship (such as rhinestone fallout or a broken appliqué), the customer must notify Viva La Bombshell Burlesque in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery. The item must be returned at the customer’s expense for inspection. If the defect is verified, Viva La Bombshell Burlesque will repair or replace the item at its discretion. Determinations regarding defects or damage are made solely by Viva La Bombshell Burlesque.

Viva La Bombshell Burlesque is not responsible for items once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. This includes, but is not limited to, lost, delayed, or stolen packages, as well as shipments sent to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

All products are handmade, and minor variations in size, shape, color, rhinestone placement, and design are inherent characteristics of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed for reasons covered by this policy (including buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction with handmade variations, or refusal to follow the return approval process) constitute a violation of these terms.

Viva La Bombshell Burlesque reserves the right to contest chargebacks with supporting documentation, including order records, customization details, proof of delivery, and this published policy. Customers are encouraged to contact Viva La Bombshell Burlesque directly to resolve concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.

Policies are applied uniformly to all customers and comply with applicable federal and California state laws.
